BC HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP
May 30-June 1, 2019
17 Universal athletes participated BCHS Championships in Kelowna. Our members competed with discipline, dedication, and respect. During the three day meet, and under very warm conditions, multiple finals were reached, and many awards earned. Even more importantly there were a tremendous amount of Personal Best finishes.

SIMON FRASER UNIVERSITY OPEN MEET
The SFU meet was held on Sunday April 7, 2019, which was an outdoor season opener for some of our older athletes. All athletes competed in one age group, so our high school athletes were in the same group as University athletes. UBC Invitational, March 29th, 2019
Kenny Blackman opened his outdoor season with a commanding win in the 100M with a time of 10.85.
Grade 11 Student Prab Wicramaarachchi ran a huge personal best 400 with a result of 59.37, her season opener taking her under the 60 second mark for the first time. Watch her in lane 2.

Harry Jerome Indoor
The Harry Jerome Indoor Meet was held Saturday, February 2, at the Richmond Oval. UAC athletes competed very well, with many PB performances. Special thanks to other Club members, although not competing this weekend, who came out to cheer on their team-mates. We are proud of each and every one of you.
